Cancellation Policy

All season pass purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale.

If you have enrolled in the Payment Plan program, you hereby agree and authorize Intrawest to charge your credit card in connection with the purchase of your pass product (less non-refundable deposit amount, processing fee, and pass insurance (if applicable) which are due and payable at the time of enrollment) in six (6) payments. The payments will be debited on or after the 15th day of each month commencing in June 2017. The final payment will be charged on or after November 15, 2017. Your final payment amount will include the final balance owed on your purchase which may vary slightly from your prior five (5) payments in order to reflect the full purchase price of the product. You may cancel this purchase agreement at any time prior to November 15, 2017 by sending an email to cancellation@quicktrax.com (“Cancellation Notice”). The following information must be included in your cancellation request:

If you cancel this purchase agreement by providing Cancellation Notice prior to November 15, 2017, you will be reimbursed for all payment amounts paid and received by us as of the cancellation date less the non-refundable deposit, processing fee, and pass insurance (if applicable). If you do not complete all required payments under this purchase agreement and/or you do not provide Cancellation Notice by November 15, 2017, then you are deemed to have forfeited all amounts paid to us as of that date. Any cancellation right offered under this purchase agreement is valid for and applies to unused pass products. Please allow two weeks to process a Cancellation Notice with your credit card company. All pass purchases paid in full are considered non-refundable. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your credit card information. Failure to report changes to your credit card information may result in suspension and/or cancellation of this purchase agreement, or forfeiture of funds paid in accordance with this purchase agreement. You may update your credit card information by contacting Guest Services at 1-888-682-7669. Payment plan option is offered on Rocky Mountain Super Pass Plus, Route 40 Pass, Winter Park Season Pass, Steamboat Season Pass, Steamboat 15, and Steamboat 8 pass products only.

*Red Sky’s Ski Pass Preserver Insurance is available for purchase for 6% of the price of the pass product, and can provide coverage for you and your ski pass investment when the unexpected happens. If you do not accept Ski Pass Preserver Insurance, you will not be eligible for a refund and understand that ski passes are not transferable and cannot be resold. Ski Pass Preserver Insurance is not transferable or refundable. Claims for season pass reimbursement are pro-rated based on the number of days in the winter season. Passes with only limited days of access are prorated based on the number of days used. If you do not purchase the Ski Pass Preserver Insurance Plan, you will be solely responsible for any loss to, or loss of use of, your ski pass. Winter Lessons, Lift Tickets, Tours, Rental Equipment and Lockers, Competition Center programs and Events

All purchases of lessons, lift tickets, tours, rental equipment and lockers, Competition Center programs and events are non-refundable, non-transferable. Credit card is charged at time of purchase. A date change for lift tickets, lessons or rental equipment use is permissible* and may be made on-site at time of check-in. While there is no reservation change fee, a cost increase may result if lessons, lift tickets, rental equipment or lift tickets are redeemed during a higher-priced season. *Date change must be within the current winter season and is subject to availability.

Summer Bike Lessons, Bike Park Passes, Bike Rental and Adventure Activity Passes

All purchases of Bike Lessons, Bike Park Passes, Bike Rental and Adventure Activity Passes are non-refundable. Credit card is charged at time of purchase. A date change for Bike Lessons, Bike Park Pass, Bike Rental and Adventure Activity Pass is permissible** and may be made on-site at time of check-in. While there are no reservation change fees, a cost increase may result if Bike Lessons, Bike Park Pass, Bike Rental and Adventure Pass are redeemed during a higher-priced season. ** Date change must be within the current summer season.
